Description: The Annual Inflation Rate — INPC measures the 12-month percentage change in Mexico’s National Consumer Price Index, compiled by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI). It reflects the annual variation in the prices of a broad basket of goods and services consumed by households across the country. This series is the main reference for evaluating inflation trends in Mexico, smoothing short-term monthly volatility and providing a broader view of persistent price pressures relevant for monetary policy, purchasing power, and inflation-targeting analysis.
